pcntl_signal()  : bool
Report that a signal handler was installed, in reality nothing was done.
pcntl_signal_dispatch()  : bool
Report that pending signals were dispatched, there are none on Windows.
pcntl_signal_get_handler()  : int|string|false
Report the default signal handler, no handlers are ever installed.
